Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 44,906 units, up 31.63% year on year, the first on August, 2003 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Suzuki amounted to 9,548 units, up 27.34% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 94,303 units. August sales of Honda reached 8,743 units, increasing 60.36% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 68,699 units.
