Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 235,391 units, up 8.99% year on year, the first on April, 2018 sales ranking by all brands, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Geely amounted to 119,738 units, up 37.99% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 487,342 units. April sales of Honda reached 106,467 units, decreasing 11.45% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 429,210 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
