Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 45,183 units, up 0.62% year on year, the first on August, 2004 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Honda amounted to 16,968 units, up 94.08% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 113,190 units. August sales of Suzuki reached 10,389 units, increasing 8.81% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 91,697 units.
