Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 35,790 units, up 13.02% year on year, the first on January, 2005 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the January sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Hyundai amounted to 16,000 units, up 606.71% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 16,000 units. January sales of Honda reached 13,953 units, and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 13,953 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
