Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 242,668 units, down 2.24% year on year, the first on August, 2020 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Honda amounted to 145,796 units, up 25.93% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 906,564 units. August sales of Toyota reached 118,011 units, increasing 15.57% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 934,822 units.
