October, 2005 sales ranking by all OEMs

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of FAW-VW amounted to 21,747 units, up 1.98% year on year, the first on October, 2005 sales ranking by all OEMs, according to the October sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of SAIC-VW amounted to 20,745 units, up 5.01% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 215,638 units. October sales of SAIC-GM reached 19,573 units, increasing 173.21% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 157,241 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
