August, 2022 auto sales ranking by all OEMs

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD Auto amounted to 173,977 units, up 155.92% year on year, the first on August, 2022 auto sales ranking by all OEMs, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of FAW-VW amounted to 162,470 units, up 54.13% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 1,187,761 units. August sales of chery Auto reached 128,268 units, increasing 119.89% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 678,019 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
