August, 2023 auto sales ranking by all OEMs

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD Auto amounted to 274,086 units, up 57.54% year on year, the first on August, 2023 auto sales ranking by all OEMs, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of chery Auto amounted to 156,419 units, up 21.95% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 963,276 units. August sales of FAW-VW reached 151,027 units, decreasing 7.04% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 1,133,910 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
