Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD amounted to 262,571 units, up 50.92% year on year, the first on August, 2023 auto sales ranking by China's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Chery amounted to 116,331 units, up 12.13% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 735,592 units. August sales of Changan reached 100,914 units, increasing 86.39% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 792,341 units.
