Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD amounted to 185,096 units, up 28.78% year on year, the first on January, 2024 auto sales ranking by China's brands, according to the January sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Changan amounted to 143,480 units, up 49.20% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 143,480 units. January sales of Chery reached 137,098 units, increasing 92.40% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 137,098 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
