Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 135,493 units, down 20.86% year on year, the first on May, 2024 auto sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the May sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 116,552 units, down 17.11% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 512,418 units. May sales of Tesla reached 72,573 units, decreasing 6.59% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 355,616 units.
