Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 44,310 units, up 7.23% year on year, the first on May, 2006 sales ranking by all brands, according to the May sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Chery amounted to 23,207 units, up 104.67% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 114,631 units. May sales of Buick reached 22,748 units, increasing 66.03% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 100,731 units.
