Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Haval CUV amounted to 2,229 units, up 49.90% year on year, the first on August, 2006 sales ranking of compact SUVs from China's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Leopaard amounted to 1,497 units, down 8.33% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 10,583 units. August sales of the Safe reached 739 units, increasing 19.77% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 3,331 units.
