Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 59,855 units, up 29.63% year on year, the first on January, 2007 sales ranking by all brands, according to the January sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Chery amounted to 37,207 units, up 65.33% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 37,207 units. January sales of Toyota reached 33,754 units, increasing 86.70% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 33,754 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
