Desay SV Automotive, a Huizhou-based Chinese automotive electronics provider, announced its latest IoV (Internet of Vehicles) strategy at the CES Asia 2018, which manifests its ambition to build an IoV platform with over 100 million users.

On December 5, Desay SV issued its initial public offering (IPO) prospectus to officially start the prospectus procedures. The company plans to offer no more than 100 million RMB common shares (A-share).
