SAIC Volkswagen to launch 18 new vehicle model by 2030

"Starting in 2026, we will launch two electric vehicles based on the China main platform, CMP, three plug-in hybrid models and two range extended variance. By 2030, we will even introduce 18 new models with 15 developed exclusively in China. You will see our journey is one of continuous innovation and leadership," Holger Santel,First Vice President and Executive Vice President for Commercial Affairs at SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., said on December 10 on SAIC Volkswagen's 40th anniversary.
