BAIC Huansu’s first BEV SUV rolls off the production line, competing with BYD Song

Shanghai, July 19, Gasgoo - BAIC Huansu S5 was officially launched on March 30th this year, equipping with 1.6L naturally-aspirated and 1.3T turbo-charged engines. It’s known that Huansu S5-EV BEV model is officially rolling off the line today, equipping with knob shifts, electric steering and MFL. It will compete with BYD Song EV and other models.

The model has a body size of 4,420*1,800*1,680mm with the wheelbase of 2,650mm. The front face has “X”-shape chrome-plated decoration, with LED daylights on both sides of front bumpers. The new model uses chrome-plated decoration banners on the tail.

Its interior decoration uses symmetrical design with large-size MFL. The central panel uses 9-inch colorful touch screen. The steering system is EPS, erasing drivers’ fatigue. The car has 2+3 seats in interior space, and the trunk volume could be expanded 1,848L.
