Pickup Operation Certificate will be cancelled in Domestic Market and Favorable Policies will be Released

Shanghai (Gasgoo)-News from Ministry of Transport shows that all pickup operation certificates will be cancelled by the end of 2018. Currently, there are no strict standards in China to determine whether a pickup is operating model or non-operating model. The policy of cancelling operating certificates for trucks with total mass lower than 4.5T brings in good news for domestic pickup customers. Besides, the Ministry of Transport will also optimize road toll policy to popularize the ETC non-cash payments for trucks. Provincial governments could give preferential benefits for qualified trucks with ETC non-cash payments.
