Tianjin FAW desires to gain more shares of compact sedan segment

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- 2018 is a transitional year for Tianjin FAW to achieve development. With the overall implementation of Junchi Plan, Tianjin FAW will enter a peak stage of launching new models, according to Wang Zhiping, general manager and secretary of party committee of Tianjin FAW Automobile Sale Co., Ltd.

It is said that the Jumpal A50 hit the market with an ultra-low price. It offers six variants. Powered by a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine and mated with a five-speed manual transmission, the model will take on the Chery Arrizo 5 and the Geely Emgrand. It is also revealed that the A50 is the first model co-developed by Jumpal brand and IDC (Audi's exclusive designing company). In addition, Tianjin FAW has reached a strategic cooperation with Jingdong Finance.

As a compact sedan positioned a little lower than the A70, the Jumpal A50's launching enriches the product lineup of Tianjin FAW. What's more, designed by famous auto designer Giugiaro and former designer of Lamborghini Philip, the Jumpal A50 boasts a beautiful appearance with cost-efficient price.
