Gasgoo Munich- NIO brought eight new charging and battery swap stations online on September 17, 2026. With this latest batch operational, the company's nationwide tally has climbed to 9,372.
The rollout includes one battery swap station and seven charging or supercharging stations. Notably, the 4,090th swap station was installed at Huiyang High-Speed Railway Station in Huizhou, Guangdong. The remaining charging sites are spread across several locations. These include Longtan Huaguan Road in Chengdu's Chenghua District, Sichuan. Other sites include Haitang Plaza in Rongchang, Chongqing; Shanhu Avenue in Shuangfu, Chongqing; and Ancient Town First Street in Dabu, Guangdong. One site is at the Huaqiang Financial Building Phase II in Qianhai, Shenzhen's Nanshan District.

Along the G318 Sichuan-Xizang Highway, NIO Power has added two new supercharging stations in Xizang: one at the Duola Mountain Hot Spring Hotel in Baxoi and another at Tingri near Qomolangma, to continuously improve the energy replenishment network in this region.
As of September 17, NIO had constructed 4,090 battery swap stations, 5,282 charging stations, and 30,431 charging piles nationwide. The company has now provided over 120 million battery swap services in total.
