Gasgoo Munich- Embodied AI solution provider Genrobot has closed multiple consecutive funding rounds totaling hundreds of millions of yuan. The financing was jointly led by Ant Group, Didi, and Delian Capital, with continued backing from existing investors including Shunwei Capital, BV Baidu Ventures, and Zhi Intelligent.
The raise marks the largest financing to date in the embodied AI "body-agnostic data" sector, vaulting Jianzhi Robotics to the top of the track in cumulative funding.
The fresh capital will bankroll three strategic priorities, according to Jianzhi Robotics. First, expanding into diverse modalities of human behavior data and iterating its data-collection product matrix. Second, building a foundation model architecture for data, using models to drive sweeping upgrades in data precision, consistency, and completeness. Third, connecting the entire pipeline—from data production and training adaptation to performance evaluation—to establish an end-to-end, closed-loop training base for embodied models.
Meanwhile, the startup plans to accelerate its global expansion and deepen industry partnerships as it pushes to become an embodied AI data infrastructure unicorn.

High-fidelity behavioral data from real-world scenarios is the lifeblood of evolving embodied foundation models, as Genrobot sees it. To capture that, the company charts a path of "defining data standards from models." By treating high-fidelity, multimodal human behavior data as its core solution, it has proactively built a comprehensive data product matrix—paving the way for scalable, efficient, and large-scale data generation.
To ensure precision and quality, Genrobot developed key technologies in-house, including critical vision modules and wireless communication systems that slash multi-device synchronization latency to under 1 millisecond. The startup also pioneered a "multi-camera perception matrix" featuring six 200-megapixel RGB cameras, enabling a full-field, high-precision capture of both environment and behavior.
Beyond vision, the company has engineered and expanded various hardware modalities. By leveraging sound, magnetic tactile sensors, piezoresistive and capacitive tech, fabric sensors, and force feedback, it closes the loop on human behavior and response—unlocking the large-scale collection of tactile data.
Building on that foundation, Genrobot has fused three systems into a single data-collection architecture: Ego for first-person vision, Fingers for dexterous hand operations, and high-precision tactile sensors. The result is a full-dimensional, closed-loop recording of human behavior.
Gen DAS Ego captures first-person visual feeds and head trajectories, faithfully recreating the operator’s line of sight and environmental awareness. Gen DAS Fingers uses a bionic structure to mirror natural hand mechanics, logging precise actions like grasping, gripping, pinching, and twisting. Paired with a high-precision tactile sensor module, the system simultaneously captures implicit behavioral data such as contact force and dynamic feedback.
Working in concert, the three modules fully replicate real-world human-machine interactions, environmental adaptations, and tactile feedback.
Today, Genrobot’ specialized embodied AI data pipeline spans more than 3,000 data contributors and over 10,000 real-world settings—ranging from homes and factories to commercial sites, logistics hubs, laboratories, and medical facilities. The company has amassed over 1 million hours of real-world data assets, encompassing more than 2,000 everyday human operational skills.
Notably, monthly high-precision data output from the Ego+Fingers head-hand coordination system has surpassed 100,000 hours—a first for the sector. The startup has also secured deep partnerships with over 30 leading AI companies at home and abroad.
