Beijing -(Dow Jones)- General Motors Corp. (GM) said on Nov. 4 that its auto sales in China are up 8% so far this year, compared with the same period last year.
The U.S. auto maker sold about 1 million units in the whole of last year, but has already sold 1 million units so far this year, said Kevin Wale, president and general manager of General Motors in China.
Wale was speaking to an audience at a conference in Beijing.
