Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Letv, a member of LeSEE Holding, stated that Ruichi Intelligent Automobile Co., Ltd. (Ruichi) is a totally independent company which has no legal relationship with LeSEE Holding controlled by Jia Yueting. A few days before, Ruichi gained an area of land in Guangzhou with a total of RMB 364.1 million. The money was confirmed from FF's strategic investor and had no relation with Letv or LeSEE Holding.
After the statement released by Letv, LeSEE Holding also made a relevant announcement as following:
1. Faraday Future (FF) is a global internet mobility and ecology company founded by Jia Yueting. And Ruichi is FF's affiliated company. FF and Ruichi are totally independent and have no legal relationship with LeSEE Holding controlled by Jia Yueting.
2. FF's strategic investor is Hong Kong's venture capital institution. Ruichi's investment all comes from FF's strategic investors and has no relation with Letv or LeSEE Holding.
3. FF and its institutional investors are sparing no efforts to introduce FF's world-leading technologies, products and intellectual property into China to facilitate the transformation and upgrading of Chinese auto industry.
