Gasgoo.com (Shanghai April 22nd)–Yesterday, the first concept vehicle of LETV Super Vehicle LeSee appeared in Beijing, showing the landing of LETV vehicle project after 28 months since LETV SEE plan was launched.
Spoken of the initiative, Jia Yueting, LETV founder, said that: The auto industry will move towards electrification, intelligence and Internet-connection. LETV, as an Internet company and reform pioneer, is walking along the road.
Currently, LeSEE positions its first concept vehicle as high-end D-class vehicle, equipped with all electric actuator and folding steering wheel. Ding Lei introduces that, this concept vehicle has a “Internet” appearance, equipped with a super-cool LED screen, showing vehicle state and driver gender to passengers. Apart from self-driving, the vehicle also shares self-learning model.
Jia Yueting used Yongche APP to introduce his concept model, which displayed LETV ecology in another way. In his eye, autos are one node in the Internet-electric Intelligent-sharing transportation ecology in the ET era.
Ding Lei reveals that LETV will obtain self-driving trial permission in California in this May and it will establish a “FF&LE Future” Intelligence research institute. The first flagship store will locate in the International Trade Center and will be built this year. “We will bring and show LETV ecology products to customers on the Beijing Auto Show this April.”
