It is reported that the newly released Qiyun1, Qiyun2 and Qiyun 3 set their own "space, energy saving and cost effective" value standards in the market of A0, A and A+ grades respectively.
Qiyun 1 is one of the few hatchback models with large space and ABS（Anti-skid Brake System）equipment. Qiyun 2 is upgraded on the basis of Qiyun's original "fuel-saving pioneer" model, its engine ACTECO 1.5L, breaking a record of consuming 3.34L after running for one hundred miles.
Qiyun 3 is an upgraded model of Chery A5 and a rare model with multi-link independent suspension, ABS+EBD（Electronic Brake force Distribution）and double airbags, selling below 60,000 yuan ($8,810).
In addition, China's domestic sales of passenger cars in May were 858,268 units, of which Chery sold 52,410 units, not only retained its first place in self-owned brand car sales, but also went side by side with Shanghai VW as the only car makers with growing sales.
Chery exported 8,053 vehicles in May, up 259% year-on-year. From January to May, this figure reached 30,100 units, 1,71 times from the previous year.
