Based on previous frameworks, the voucher scheme offers subsidies across four tiers based on invoice price. Vehicles costing 50,000 to 100,000 yuan receive 2,000 yuan. Those in the 100,000 to 200,000 yuan bracket receive 4,000 yuan. The 200,000 to 350,000 yuan tier receives 6,000 yuan. Vehicles above 350,000 yuan receive 8,000 yuan. The program has a wider scope and deeper discounts. These vouchers can be combined with national, provincial, and municipal promotional policies to reduce purchase costs.
The campaign includes mainstream brands such as Voyah, Dongfeng Honda, eπ, Aeolus, M-Hero, Dongfeng Peugeot, Lotus, and XPENG. New entries include the Geely Galaxy M9. The roster will expand based on future announcements to meet consumer needs.
The process is streamlined. Buyers can claim vouchers online through the "China Valley Brand Operation Center" WeChat account or directly at authorized dealerships such as Voyah and Dongfeng Zhuolian. Redemption requires purchasing from a participating dealer in Hubei province and securing local insurance.
