It means that the official regulation of new energy auto popularization and application allowance has been announced. Specific allowance credit has published as well.
According to the notification, the new energy auto mentioned within center finance allowance should be pure electronic car, plug-in hybrid and fuel battery car that fit the requirements. The notification has government, public organization and bus priority. Allowance target is consumers, and they can pay the price according to sale price reducing allowance.
Passenger car is evaluated by mileage powered by pure electricity. Plug-in hybrid passenger car is subsidized 35 thousand Yuan if the car has 50 miles range, pure electronic passenger car will be subsidized 35 thousand Yuan for miles range between 80 – 150 miles, and 50 thousand Yuan for 150- 250 miles, and 60 thousand Yuan for 250 miles range above.
