Beijing Automobile has signed contact with U.S new energy company ATIEVA to purchase its stock shares. According to the arrangement, Beijing Automobile Group will purchase 25.02% shares of ATIEVA. After the purchase, they are expected to introduce Audi A6L level high-end electronic car in the third year.
According to Beijing Automobile Group introduction, the purchase aims to enhance Beijing Automobile Group new energy particular electronic terminal research, design and manufacture ability.
Last year, Beijing Automobile Group has found its new energy automobile company. The purchase object, U.S ATIEVA Company is a new energy automobile core system provider. It takes part into TESLA ROADSTER pure electronic sport car, Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid electronic car, and Audi R8 pure electronic car researchand development.

It takes about 106 thousand square meters, which composed with research building, lab and test workshop.
