Chinese automobile exports grow over 10% in August

Gasgoo.com (Shanghai September 12) - China exported a total of 95,400 vehicles last month, tireworld.com.cn reported today. The number is 5.9 percent higher than the amount exported in July and 10.7 percent higher than last August's figure.

The country has exported 675,400 vehicles over the first eight months of the year, representing year-on-year growth of 25.1 percent.

Meanwhile, CAAM-collected statistics reveal that 96,500 vehicles were imported in July, growing 6.6 percent from the previous month and 21.7 percent from the previous year.
