Lixin QIU, vice director of Foreign Investment Dept. of Commercial Ministry, said at the Second China - Pacific Islands Energy Saving and New Energy Vehicle Development Seminars that Commercial Ministry encourages new energy companies using foreign investments by different channels, such as introducingforeign risk investment or overseas listing.
