As previously reported by Gasgoo, Faraday Future announced on May 26 that it had formed a strategic partnership with North American K-12 education group Sequoia Education. The deal includes a sales contract for 23 FF EAI robots. The two parties will collaborate on K-12 robotics curriculum development, instruction, teacher training, and youth developer programs.
Sequoia Education marks the third educational institution FF has signed recently. The move signals that FF is expanding into both business-facing educational institutions and consumer-facing family education. The order for 23 units stands as the company's largest sales contract for humanoid and bionic robots to date.
Under the agreement, Sequoia Education will leverage its full-lifecycle education services to co-expand FF's consumer reach in educational settings. Sequoia Education has also joined FF's open-source developer platform. Together, they aim to foster a developer ecosystem within education, with a particular focus on youth developers.
