Gasgoo Munich- Faraday Future (FF) announced on Feb. 26 that it will kick off its first EAI robot delivery season of 2026 tomorrow, marking the occasion with simultaneous ceremonies in Florida and Nevada. The company is handing over units to Golden Hill, a local high-end real estate operator, which becomes the first corporate client for FF’s robotics division.

The initial batch of robots will be deployed across Golden Hill's luxury homestay properties, according to FF. This marks the EAI robot's entry into the shared accommodation sector, embedding the machines as service units within the operations of high-end rentals. Moving forward, FF plans to scale up deployments in this sector to test the viability of a "location-as-store" distribution model.
Strategically, placing robots in high-value, long-stay environments serves a dual purpose: boosting operational revenue for the properties while driving sales conversions through direct user interaction. FF describes this model as a synergy between "human-vehicle and luxury homestays," aiming to tap into high-net-worth individuals via premium real estate channels.
Golden Hill operates real estate across Florida and Nevada, and this purchase marks its first deployment of EAI robots to enhance the guest experience. FF views this as a starting point for expanding its robotics business across multiple industries. The company plans to push further into high-end consumer sectors, with a focus on scaling up applications. Further details on the delivery and broader strategy will be revealed in the Co-CEO's weekly report on March 1.
