Beijing (Gasgoo)- Haomo.ai, the autonomous driving solution developer backed by Great Wall Motor, and Shanghai G-Pulse Electronics Technology Company Limited (G-Pulse) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement on June 28.

The partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to develop a highly competitive intelligent driving production solution focused on a single Journey® 3 chip-powered pilot and parking integrated domain controller. G-Pulse, as the solution provider, will offer hardware, service support, and production manufacturing, collaborating closely with Haomo.ai to explore and undertake intelligent driving projects.
This collaboration capitalizes on G-Pulse's expertise in hardware system design and engineering services, along with Haomo.ai's technical advantages in data-driven vehicle integration and city navigation for assisted driving scenarios.
As the preferred hardware partner for Haomo.ai's single Journey® 3 chip-powered pilot and parking integrated platform, G-Pulse will play a crucial role in the future mass production of intelligent driving products.
In accordance with the Statement of Requirements, G-Pulse will be responsible for the overall hardware design and manufacturing of the intelligent driving project. Subsequently, the partnership will continue to introduce cost-effective and high-performance intelligent driving products for mass production.
G-Pulse is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intron Technology Holdings Limited. It is dedicated to the R&D, testing and validation, production quality management, as well as technical services for each stage of the R&D and production cycle of automotive electronic products.
