Gasgoo Munich- on the evening of September 15 that HIMA released an official statement announcing a shift in the cooperation model for the AITO brand. AITO remains part of the HIMA family and will explore a new partnership model under the HIMA framework effective immediately.

According to the official announcement, Seres will take the lead on product definition, design, brand marketing, retail channels, and service systems for AITO following the adjustment, while Huawei’s terminal business will provide support. HIMA emphasized that this change will not impact the benefits of existing AITO owners, and related services for users will remain unchanged.
This partnership adjustment applies solely to the AITO brand, leaving other HIMA brands unaffected. Maextro, Stelato, Luxeed, and SAIC Shangjie will continue to operate under the cooperation model led by Huawei throughout the process, with their original mechanisms remaining intact.
HIMA stated that AITO models were jointly developed by Huawei and Seres, embodying the joint investment of both teams and supply chain partners as a representative achievement of cross-industry integration and industrial upgrading. The brand expressed gratitude to consumers for their continued choice and trust. Looking ahead, HIMA and its partners across the "Five Realms" will continue to deepen R&D in automotive intelligent technology to deliver high-quality smart vehicle products.
