Gasgoo Munich- The "Inside SAIC Innovation Technology Exchange Forum and Showcase," jointly hosted by Gasgoo and SAIC Motor, concluded successfully on August 18. Using the exhibition as a launchpad, the event highlighted core technological achievements and innovative applications across the industry. It built an efficient bridge connecting top-tier suppliers with OEMs, helping both sides pinpoint precise directions for collaboration.

Notably, the event drew several senior executives from SAIC Motor to the exhibition floor. During their tour, they engaged in in-depth discussions with exhibitors about products and technologies—sharing insights and exploring potential opportunities for partnership.

As the centerpiece of the event, the technical showcase brought together nearly 29 premium suppliers spanning body interiors and exteriors, smart chassis, intelligent cockpits, and autonomous driving. These companies engaged in face-to-face dialogue with SAIC Motor’s R&D and procurement teams.

Specifically, the body and interior track focused on carbon fiber components and structural parts, aluminum extrusions, bumper beam assemblies, and rocker panel assemblies; the smart chassis sector featured AI chassis control systems, domain controllers, integrated PTC controllers, and various intelligent sensors for control and actuation.
The smart cockpit domain highlighted temperature-sensing modules and innovative applications of deep ultraviolet technology for medical-grade in-cabin health systems. Meanwhile, the smart driving segment showcased environmental perception and decision-making hardware, including 4D imaging radar, in-vehicle ISP chips, and regulatory engines for Level 3 and Level 4 autonomous driving. Other displays covered cellular communication and V2X modules, radar, autonomous driving middleware, and simulation testing—along with other system-level solutions. During the event, SAIC Motor held in-depth, face-to-face talks with numerous supply chain firms and exchanged contact details—stockpiling high-quality resources for future technical selection and supply chain optimization. At the same time, a group of technically proficient small and medium-sized enterprises used the platform to make their mark, securing valuable opportunities to enter the supply chains of mainstream automakers.

With that, the Inside SAIC Innovation Technology Exchange Forum and Showcase has drawn to a successful close. Looking ahead, Gasgoo aims to leverage its platform resources to strengthen ties with SAIC Motor and other leading domestic automakers. The goal is to host more targeted, professional, and pragmatic technical exchanges—smoothing the flow of resources between OEMs and parts suppliers, driving joint R&D and industrial application of core technologies, and contributing to the high-quality, sustainable development of China’s new energy vehicle supply chain.
