JAC(300197.SZ) president An Jin, appointed one and a half year ago, made adjustments again on the organizational structure after on the products structure. JAC’s semi-annual report published recently showed that the revenue of the first half year reached 17.98 billion yuan, the net profits 520 million yuan, rising 62% year-on-year.
JAC announced that according to the business development, the name of “Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Ltd. MPV Marketing Branch” was planned to be changed as “Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Ltd. Passenger Vehicle Marketing Branch” and the work scope of “self-produced MPV’s sales, after-sales service and technical service” changed as “self-produced MPV and car’s sales, after-sales service and technical service”
“In order to strengthen sales and sources-utilizing, JAC will adjust the organizational structure back to before 2009, from combination of production and sales to separation of production and sales, which means to separately set up passenger vehicle sales company and passenger vehicle production company.” JAC inside sources told the reporter, “Yan Gang will be appointed as General Manager of passenger vehicle sales company and Li Ming will be appointed as General Manager of passenger vehicle production company.”
The journalist was informed that the above personnel changes would be published on the rolling-off ceremony of JAC new model A30.
