Jan–Nov 2025 Electrification Supplier Installation Rankings

Editor Team From Gasgoo

According to Gasgoo Auto Research Institute data, China's new-energy passenger-car supply chain for core electrification components continued to show "high concentration at the top, a firm domestic lead, and deeper automaker control" from January to November 2025. In power batteries, battery PACKs, BMS, drive motors and power devices, leading suppliers, backed by scale and technology, hold the lion's share. Among them, FinDreams-affiliated companies stood out, leading across multiple fields.

Domestic substitution is making clear headway: in power devices and drive motors, Chinese suppliers have already overtaken some foreign brands, becoming the backbone of the market. Meanwhile, in-house components from Tesla, Leapmotor and NIO Power Technology have all cracked the TOP 10 in their categories — evidence that automakers are pushing to secure control over core parts.

Broadly, market leaders dominate thanks to capacity, R&D and supply-chain integration, while smaller firms need to zero in on niches to sharpen differentiation. System-level integration is accelerating; automakers' in-house layouts and external supplier partnerships are advancing in parallel, shaping a dynamic landscape where competition and cooperation coexist.
