NIO July Deliveries 35,934 Units, Up 71% Year-on-Year

Gasgoo Munich-On August 1 that NIO released its July delivery figures, handing over 35,934 new vehicles during the month — a 71% year-on-year surge. In the first seven months of 2026, cumulative deliveries reached 227,057 units, an all-time high and a 68% jump from a year earlier, with all three brands under its umbrella setting new records for the period. By the end of July, NIO’s total historical deliveries stood at 1,224,649 units.

Breaking it down by brand, the NIO marque delivered 20,008 units in July, up 57.9%; Onvo delivered 10,155 units, up 69.9%; and Firefly delivered 5,771 units, surging 143.9%. For the first seven months, NIO’s cumulative deliveries totaled 139,496 units, a 60.1% gain; Onvo reached 52,618 units, up 39.1%; and Firefly hit 34,943 units, jumping 242.3%.

Several models hit delivery milestones in July. The third-generation ES8 reached its 130,000th delivery in just 305 days. The Onvo L90 marked its first anniversary with cumulative sales exceeding 60,000 units, firmly holding the top spot among large pure-electric SUVs in the 300,000 yuan class. Firefly, meanwhile, achieved the 70,000-delivery mark, leading China’s premium small car market in share for 14 consecutive months.
