Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Huawei-linked embodied AI startup Junao Panshi Technology Co., Ltd. ("Junao Panshi") has for the first time disclosed details of its freshly completed seed round. As of Jan. 4, 2026, the company has attracted successive investments from market funds, government-guided funds and industrial funds — raising tens of millions of yuan in seed financing. Backers include Leju Robotics, Shanghai Daohe Long-term Investment, Sichuan Sci-Tech Investment Group and Dongfang Precision, among other top-tier institutions.
The funding news follows a string of wins in market expansion that Junao Panshi had already notched.
On Dec. 17, 2025, Junao Panshi signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai Pudong with ChiNext-listed Jiangsu New Technology Group Co., Ltd..

Under the agreement, Jiangsu New Technology Co., Ltd. will purchase no fewer than 1,000 embodied-robot products from Junao Panshi over the next three years. The two sides also plan deep collaboration across technology, products, solutions and services, co-creating use cases and building embodied-intelligence solutions for sectors including culture and tourism, industry, retail and business services — aiming to drive the industrial-scale rollout of embodied robots.
Only eight days later came another milestone. On Dec. 25, 2025, Junao Panshi secured support in the form of a tens-of-millions-of-yuan order from another international smart-manufacturing bellwether listed company ("M-AI").
Per the cooperation agreement, the two companies will jointly develop and deploy embodied-intelligence solutions tailored to global customer needs. M-AI will purchase brain-inspired embodied-intelligence robots and solutions worth no less than 20 million yuan from Junao Panshi.
Notably, the partnership is designed to go beyond the domestic market. Junao Panshi and M-AI will set up a dedicated overseas team, leveraging Junao Panshi's accumulated overseas channels and service resources in robotics, together with M-AI's global solutions and systems-integration delivery capabilities. The goal: to open up high-potential markets in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and the U.S., and push Chinese embodied-robot products toward international deployment.
