Seeds | ACE Robotics Completes Angel+ Financing Round

Edited by Greg From Gasgoo

Gasgoo Munich-ACE Robotics recently completed an Angel+ financing round. The investment roster features Geely Capital, Fortune Capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Maxxiri, Shengyu Investment, Fosun RZ Capital, Huakong Capital, Lingang New Area Fund, and Yuzi Zhangquan. Existing backer SenseTime Guoxiang Capital also increased its stake. To date, Daxiao Robot has raised hundreds of millions of dollars in the first half of 2026 alone.

Proceeds from this round will be channeled into developing world models and "soft-hard integrated" commercial solutions. Leveraging a "human-centric" data acquisition strategy, the company aims to accelerate breakthroughs in its Kaiwu World Model—specifically in large-scale embodied training and end-side direct drive control—to cement its global lead in the sector. Simultaneously, ACE Robotics plans to expand its full-scenario solutions across smart retail, security patrols, cultural tourism, and hospitality, while deepening ties with upstream and downstream partners to build an open, collaborative ecosystem for embodied intelligence.

Released in December 2025, the Kaiwu World Model 3.0 stands as the first open-source world model designed for mass production. It introduced a unified architecture integrating understanding, generation, and prediction. By fusing world cognition, scene generation, and action decision-making into a single endogenous backbone network, the model achieves a full intelligent loop—from "knowing the world" to "predicting the world" and finally "interacting with the world."

By March of this year, the Kaiwu World Model 3.0 achieved the industry's first end-side deployment, capable of controlling physical robots in real time. It enables machines to handle complex tasks requiring long-term, long-horizon reasoning—such as making breakfast, doing household chores, and watering plants.

Building on that progress, ACE Robotics recently partnered with the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Multimedia Laboratory and the Shenzhen Hetao Academy to unveil Kairos-HomeWorld, their latest research breakthrough.

This unified framework is the first to enable whole-house generation and full interaction with individual objects. It overcomes a critical industry bottleneck where existing indoor scene generation is limited to single rooms and lacks global consistency and operability. The system can generate structurally coherent, physically plausible, and functionally complete 3D whole-house scenes with a single click—providing a massive, high-fidelity interactive training ground based on Chinese home environments for embodied AI and robotics.
