Gasgoo Munich- Zenbot, an embodied intelligence infrastructure provider, has closed an angel round worth nearly 100 million yuan, according to Gasgoo.
The round was co-led by the family offices of precision manufacturing leaders including Changying Precision (300115.SZ), Kedali (002850.SZ), and Zhaomin Technology (301000.SZ), with participation from the L2F Light Source Entrepreneur Fund and Sirius Capital. Proceeds will fuel iterative R&D into a general-purpose embodied intelligence world model, ramp up mass production of core joint modules powered by third-generation semiconductor GaN technology, and bolster full-stack system design capabilities to scale machine-level products.

Zenbot aims to resolve the "discrete components, fragmented systems, and mass production bottlenecks" hindering the industrialization of embodied intelligence. To tackle this, the company has built full-stack design capabilities spanning components, control, algorithms, and complete machines.
At the component level, Zenbot pioneered the large-scale application of third-generation semiconductor GaN drive technology, cutting heat generation in joint actuators to roughly 30% of traditional MOS solutions. The company also commands both QDD quasi-direct drive and force-controlled harmonic joint technologies.
On the communications front, Zenbot developed a proprietary architecture that fuses "small brain" and "big brain" processing, ensuring automotive-grade real-time performance, stability, and safety.
For intelligence, Zenbot employs a dual-layer architecture combining a "cerebellum" (MPC + RL motion intelligence) with a "brain" (world model). Built on this universal foundation, the company has developed a range of product forms—including quadrupedal, humanoid, and anthropomorphic robots—to offer one-stop solutions for global robotics firms and scenario providers.
Zenbot’s client roster now spans top-tier domestic and international embodied intelligence enterprises, well-known publicly traded companies, universities, research institutes, and emerging startups in the intelligent sector, forming a diverse, high-quality ecosystem.
