Gasgoo Munich- Zhicheng Yingda (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (known as "Zhicheng AI") recently completed a new round of financing. Jointly led by Plum Ventures, Xineng Capital, Danbei Ventures, and Xiaochi Capital, the investment will fuel the company’s deepening focus on embodied intelligence and world models, accelerating core R&D and commercial deployment.
Founded in March 2024, Zhicheng AI is dedicated to innovating physical intelligence world models and general robotics. Amid the funding process, the startup hit several key milestones: it open-sourced its proprietary Chengling physical intelligence world model V0.1, and rolled out upgrades for its TR4 Pro and TR5 Pro humanoid robots.

The TR4 Pro, a physical-intelligence humanoid robot, features next-generation motion control algorithms suited for complex industrial settings, along with a new battery management system that extends runtime. Its upgraded AI engine enables multimodal interaction, delivering faster response times and a smarter user experience.
Building on the TR5, the TR5 Pro is designed around the principle of being "lighter, stronger, and more stable." It uses new lightweight composite materials to balance agility with endurance, while fresh servo motors significantly boost torque and load capacity. Optimized motion algorithms allow it to navigate complex terrain, offering strong versatility and practicality.
In late May, Zhicheng AI open-sourced version 0.1 of its Chengling Physical World Model. It is the world's first end-to-end physical world model based on the JEPA architecture and designed specifically for robotics, marking a new phase of open collaboration in embodied intelligence.
To date, Zhicheng AI has secured nearly 1.5 billion yuan in orders and strategic partnerships, spanning smart manufacturing, security patrols, biochemical testing, and home services.
