XPENG's global flagship, the X9, stood out in December with 5,424 deliveries — a monthly record for the model. That was a 68% jump from November and a 289% increase from a year earlier.
Launched in November, the XPENG X9 Super Range-Extended version received positive market and industry feedback, thanks to its combined range of up to 1,602 km, innovative three-row electric tri-fold seats, and rear-wheel steering across the range. Retail demand remained solid, while the model ranked No.1 in "product quality recommendation" and "overall product reputation" within the plug-in hybrid MPV segment — reinforcing its status in the high-end smart family MPV market.
International expansion was another highlight for XPENG in 2025. Overseas deliveries totaled 45,008 vehicles, up 96% year on year, reflecting the company's accelerating globalization.
By end-December 2025, XPENG's sales and service network covered 60 countries and regions worldwide. This month, the company kicked off localized production in Malaysia — its third localized manufacturing base globally following earlier expansions — expanding its globalization footprint.
XPENG's charging network also expanded significantly in 2025, with more than 1,100 company-operated stations added — a rapid build-out pace.
As of January 1, 2026, XPENG's company-operated charging stations officially topped the 3,000 mark, a milestone that provides more convenient and reliable charging and enhances the company's network coverage.
