All-new Cadillac CT6 to be unveiled at Auto Guangzhou 2018

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- SAIC General Motors (SAIC-GM) said the all-new Cadillac CT6 will make its debut at the Auto Guangzhou 2018 kicking off on November 16.

The all-new Cadillac CT6, drawing the design language from the Escala Concept car, will offer two variants based on the exterior. According to the official photos exposed by the automaker, the new model boasts spiffy body lines and a slim body full of power and tension. The inverted trapezoidal intake grille absorbing elements from Cadillac classic models and the V-series high-performance vehicles is larger than that of the existing CT6. The headlights on both sides resemble a pair of tearful eyes, which is rather impressive.

At the rear end, the 7-shaped taillights symmetrically arranged on both sides are connected by a chrome trim. The license plate is surrounded by a hexagonal concave which is in tune with the design of front face. The vehicle has two dual exhaust pipes in total with one pipe on each side.   

The all-new Cadillac looks more magnificent than other models on the same level by measuring 5,223mm in length, 1,879mm in width and 1,492mm in height and having a wheelbase of 3,109mm. The vehicle offers two sizes of tires, namely, 235/50 R18 and 245/45 R19.

The all-new Cadillac will get some differences from the existing model in such accessories as door handle, front grille, body side moldings, spoiler as well as front and rear bumpers.

Powering the new vehicle will be a 2.0L turbocharged engine with rated output power of 177kW, which declines the combined fuel consumption per 100km to 7.1L or 7.2L.
