BBK, an international business advisory firm providing financial, strategic and operational services for its clients worldwide, welcomes two new hires to the Shanghai office, Fannie Xie (Jie Fang) as Senior Director of Finance and Roger Han (Han Luojie) as Director of Operations last Monday.

Duane Bolinger, Managing Director for BBK’s Asia-Pacific region said, “Operations and finance management are the two core areas of our advisory services. This year, our firm has achieved great growth in China, and established a strong presence in the market.  As we continue building a professional and solid team rich in expertise and experience, we are expanding value for new and existing clients in the Chinese market.”

"The financial crisis troubling the U.S. economy has had extensive ramifications on the global economy and international enterprises.  This underscores the need for top levels of management to establish a proactive management system and prepare to respond to a crisis,” said Bolinger. “Continually improving the caliber of BBK’s team will enable us to create immediate value for our clients, and help them cope with the rapidly-changing global economy and market environment.”

Xie (Jie Fang) has extensive international experience in finance management, with over 16 years of experience in the automobile finance sector.

Prior to joining BBK, Xie (Jie Fang) was the Financial Controller for Ford Motor China Ltd., where she was responsible for Ford Motor’s financial controls, internal processes, financial consolidation, and financial and management reporting. Additionally, she advised on strategic development for business growth and negotiations with Ford’s Chinese partners, and conducted analysis and counseled management on company leadership and the achievement of operating and financial objectives.

"With an impressive tenure at one of the major auto manufacturers, Fannie (Jie Fang) will undoubtedly be able to apply her expertise to help clients increase stability and navigate financing issues.  In addition, as more local companies look to go public she will be able to help them evaluate their options.” Bolinger stated.

Han’s (Han Luojie) tenure as a Senior Manager with several manufacturing enterprises has been distinguished by his remarkable insights and rich experience in operations management. By building outstanding performance in all aspects of operations management including purchasing, quality assurance, engineering and manufacturing, and staff training and motivation, he lead these companies to impressive year-on-year sales revenue growth and consistent improvement in annual performance.

Bolinger said, “Roger has a superior background and track record in strategic, global sourcing and process improvement, his considerable expertise will greatly benefit the clients we serve. At BBK we’re committed to identifying the right talent that we need to continually exceed client expectations.”
