Shanghai, December 16 (Gasgoo.com) Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Auto (DPCA), a 50:50 joint venture between French car maker PSA Peugeot Citroen and China's Dongfeng Motor Corp, has officially launched its personal financing loan service, which can lower the auto loan rules and ease the approval procedures, reported Guangzhou Daily today.

The car loan service offered by Dongfeng Citroen requires no house as a guarantee or local residence permit as the precondition. And the loan procedure can be completed within two hours. The car buyer can make a down payment of 30% and pay the rest in four years.

A car loan executive of Dongfeng Citroen said that although some automakers have also launched their car loan services in recent years, their prohibitive requirements and complicated long approval procedures have made many customers pull out of the ordering.
