Auto industry boost plans to be issued one by one

Shanghai, March 4 (Gasgoo.com) The Chinese government has not issued the detailed items of its auto industry plans this week as expected, but will release them one by one throughout the year, sina.com said today. Though not officially issued, these plans have already been revealed to state media.

According to the media report, these plans and their detailed items are scheduled for one-by-one release from March to December this year.

In March, the central government will launch the policy of providing subsidies for farmers' buying low-emission vehicles or replacing their old vehicles with new clean ones, and the policy of promoting carmakers' technical upgrades will also be released this month.

In April, the auto loan and financing regulations will be initiated to facilitate more rapid growth in auto manufacture, sales and purchase.

In June, a policy will be issued to encourage the making and buying of new-energy vehicles.

In July, the government's specific measures for mergers and restructuring of automakers will come out.
 
In October, details of the taxation, rewards and penalties based on the auto fuel consumption standards will be established and implemented.

In December, rules of auto consumer loans and planning of new-energy vehicle's infrastructure construction will be issued and carried out.
