Shanghai, March 21 (Gasgoo.com) In an interview, Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle's VP Ren Yong revealed that the company will hunt for more talents and set up higher target for both production and sales rather than cutting its staff and output. The company plans to recruit 200 new employees and get prepared for the follow-up capacity expansion, Yangzi Evening News reported today.

Next to employing new staffers, Dongfeng Nissan will revitalize the local job markets via setting up new dealerships as well as 4S stores. Currently, Dongfeng Nissan has 342 standard 4S shops and 146 outlet stores nationwide.

According to statistics, every new 4S shop can provide 20 new jobs, and each new outlet store will create 10 new vacancies. It is expected that via network expansion Dongfeng Nissan will deliver a total recruitment package for almost a thousand people.
