U.S. EV-maker ZAP introducing electric taxi in Beijing

ZAP, a U.S. electric vehicle pioneer, is hosting a press conference on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 2 PM to introduce its design and engineering expertise to the Chinese media as well as outline production plans to bring all-electric vehicles to the Chinese market.

ZAP will exhibit two EVs at the Beijing Motor Show, the ZAP Taxi targeting fleets and the innovative Alias prototype sports car.
