Jaguar China sales up 100% in H1
Shanghai July 19 (Gasgoo.com) The world's super-luxury car brand Jaguar revealed to the media that the sales of its various models in the Chinese market in the first half of this year reached 1,521 units, an increase of more than 100% from the same period last year. This figure set the best half-year sales record in Jaguar's seven years' presence in the Chinese market.
At the same time, Jaguar's China sales in the second quarter of 2010 rose to 924 units, up 129% year on year, refreshing Jaguar best quarterly sales record for a second time.
The best-selling car model Jaguar XF maintained a steady growth. In terms of sales, it stood out from the other models by selling 1,370 vehicles in H1.
Since it was put on sale at the beginning of this year, the sales of the new Jaguar XJ grew to almost 140 units.
